What I do?

I teach people how to use journaling as a form of therapy so that they can overcome obstacles in their relationships with themselves and others.

Knowing and accepting yourSELF is the most fulfilling way to understand and develop meaningful relationships.

Journaling can empower people to build a better relationship with their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and memories, etc.

Why I do it?

As a licensed therapist, I encounter countless individuals who feel hesitant to seek therapy or lack the resources to do so, but are dealing with challenges in their relationships with themselves and others. 

I know journaling decreases long term health problems, enhances our immune system, improves psychological well-being and physiological functioning.
